1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
2. How do I check in?
On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a unique access code for the front door.
3. Is parking available?
Yes, there is a double lock-up garage plus one additional car space.
4. Do you allow pets?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
5. Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

Yes, each villa features its own private plunge pool.
8. Are the private plunge pools heated?
No, our plunge pools aren’t heated. However, as they’re small concrete pools, they tend to absorb warmth from the sun throughout the day, making them a refreshing spot to cool off while still comfortable for a dip most of the year.
9. Are toiletries provided in each villa?
Yes. Each villa is stocked with fresh bed linen, face washers, hand towels, bath towels, and bathroom floor mats. We also provide body wash in every bathroom for your stay.
10. Is there a manager onsite?

11. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the booking platform:
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
